My experience with AAA auto transport was positive from start to finish.

I had experience with other major car shippers in the past via a corporate relocation from Georiga to Chicago.

The move this time was a personal move from Chicago to South Carolina and I did some prioce/service comparisons. AAA came out on top in evey aspect.

AAA was very price competitive. The overall savings based on the average quote was $200 which was a significant amount.

From my initial contact with the sales office and later with the dispatch offiice and then in follow up calls received from the driver advising and confirming pickup date and receipt time, I felt confident in the decision to use AAA. There was a complication in that the car was going to arrive at the destination before we did, and we were able to work out a plan between the household goods mover and AAA. It all came together and was a huge relief to us during a stressful time.

The car was waiting for us at the end of our journey with no damages and an on-time delivery. We were totally satisfied customers and were reassured throughout the process that the transport would happen in the expected time frame for the expected cost with no surprises. All contacts with AAA were courteous and helpful and above all re-assuring.

We would not hesitate to use AAA again and would have no qualms about recommending to friends and relatives.
